Hello everybody, I just joined into this forum after I learnt about this from a friend. |

This guy,, and this guy,
, are mine. BACK OFF!
You really should try to keep a dream journal. When you wake up, even if you feel a certain emotion for some reason, write it down. The actual process of recording anything you remember from a dream is what helps you remember more. Since I started a dream journal (only a week ago), my recall spiked from the occasional foggy dream memory to about 2-4 vivid dreams per night. |

Yes, the things that were mentioned will definitely help you a lot. If you want to have lucid dreams, then every time you see something weird or dream-like, and you think you might be dreaming, do a reality check, such as trying to breathe with your nose plugged, looking at your hands, or flipping a light switch. Also, start a dream journal. It may not seem to help, but it is essential to improving your recall, which seems to be quite poor. Good luck. |

Lucid Dreams: 44
Special thanks to maniakalBycikle for the sig!
Well as you might have already learned just by reading a few threads in this forum, the journal technique is pretty common and works very well for some people, but what I would say to a person who is new to this and who is trying different things is to start with, is: reality checks...try them and become almost obsessed with them...if this does not work, then start thinking about other stuff. Good luck |

Letīs LucidDreamNow.com
I just started yesterday but I was the same as you before then, I just went to bed saying "I want to remember my dreams" over and over again, and I had 3 dreams yesterday that I remember. Including one where I almost hit lucidity. |

You are having dreams every night. You just are not remembering them. The point of the dream journal, is to give you motivation to try and remember your dreams. Once you get in the habit of trying to remembre your dream every time you wake up, you will stop forgetting your dreams. |

Thanks everybody, hopefully it helps... |
