      sleep-mask and earmuffs?

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone know what kinds of stores would stock sleeping masks and/of earmuffs (whatever they are called) that minimize the sound heard when going to bed.

I am asking this because last night, i was trying to listen to some 'Yoga Nidra' music that was posted before, but i found 2 things. Sometimes when i was trying to relax through out listening to it, my eyes kept opening up and distracting me making my attention waver. Also outside my room gets kind of noisy when im trying to sleep, so i need a way to minimize the noise that i hear.

Any good suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Look around the internet and/or choose to buy off ebay, its much cheaper and almost guaranteed someone will sell them.

I don't use a mask or ear plugs, but Clairity recommends:

** I highly recommend "Joe's earplugs" (http://www.joesearplugs.com). They're cheap but more than that they're COMFORTABLE and they work. You can also go to Target, Walgreens, Eckerds, etc. and get some ear plugs by "Mack's". They are made of foam and are shaped like small cylinders.

*** I also recommend "Hearos Deeps Sleep System" as it's a very comfortable eye mask and has an "eyes open, total blackout effect" (i.e., there is no fabric touching your eyes yet if you open them your still in darkness). You can purchase them online http://earplugstore.stores.yahoo.net/hedeslsy.html) or I found mine at Walgreens.
