My strange first lucid! did u have this experience?

so last night i think i became lucid it was kinda a mix between a dild and a false awakening beacause i kinda like got up from my bed and said to myself am i dreaming? then i did reality checks i look at my hands i had 6 fingers on my right and 5 on my left then i stuck my finger thru my hand it was werid sorta like stickingit in a sponge then i held my nose i cud hear myself breathe in rl it was werid! so then i said to myself cool im dreaming i looked down the hall way and thought wtf this is like waking life like i dont know the walls were like floating it was werid i then thought i want it to be light cuz it was dark and i managed to make it light then i wanted to change to another place i remember this white building with some leaves on it and bam i lost it did i do well? was it a dild or a fa and also i felt like the dream was hazy and i didnt have much control i dont know how to explain it

Sounds like a fun dream. Good job remembering to try all your reality checks. Maybe this will give you something to remember when you RC from now on out. Remember how it felt in the dream to put your finger right through your hand.

Do you mean the dream felt like the real world? Or the dream felt like the movie Waking Life?

It seems someone is a L4D fan

I remember when I had a false awakening. It felt exatcly like I normally woke up. I looked at my stereo and the text scroller on it was all weird, and I looked over at my clock, and the time was going down. After awhile I looked out my door, and my hallway looked like it was from some kind of old building with drapes covering some places and cobwebs and stuff.

My first Lucid Dream was a false awakening too, I remember I did a reality check on my alarm clock and instead of numbers there were strange signs, it was also hazy and not very easy to control. I think you're in the good path

It wasn't my first lucid, I would say that it would have been my first false awakening.

And yes, I am definalty going to get L4D when it comes out...even if I can't play it!

Well done on first lucid! Mine aren't as weird as yours, whenever I realise I'm dreaming, it just randomly occurs into my mind and I tell my DC's all about it.

I can play Half-Life 2 just fine, but when it comes to Episode 1 and 2, my computer cries D:

Hopefully I'll be getting a job soon, and I might get a new computer or just a new graphics card.

New computer would be my best option.

I have a Geforce 6150 LE...lol

I can play HL2 at max settings at like 1024x768 res with no problem...but I have to play Ep2 at 800x600 on DX8 low-medium settings just to get some-what smooth gameplay...
