      Is anybody there?

I asked the same question on three different parts of the forum, but no one seems to reply. A bug maybe?
Even though I have many posts on this forum I'm still relatively new, so i'll just ask it here:
I have a few questions about the 61 point relaxation technique.
Is it supposed to be the last thing you do before you go to sleep? Do you have to be sitting on a chair, lying in your bed or standing up while doing this?
      Current projects:
      -Acquire the Aurora
      -Test galatamine, huperzine and choline
-Find smartwatch app for RC reminders at certain intervals
-Ressurect my dream log here, and become more active

Is this a joke? The 61 point relaxation technique is a form of meditation...It's NOT possible to do this while sleeping.
      Serious answers anyone?

      It's OK.

The Progressive relaxation technique is much simpler(IMO). U know that?

      Oh. Whoops.

I found this in a thread asking about relaxation, seeing as I can't find an actual tutorial.

Is anybody here? Tons of people are here

I like to do a relaxation technique in bed until I feel real mushy, then take a minute or two to let my thoughts wander and release. Then I return to the relaxation technique, then back to wandering thoughts. Alternating back and forth is the quickest way I've found to get to the border of sleep.

WILD meditation is different than regular meditation in that you do actually want to fall asleep during it. This means you have to let yourself drift a bit.
