I'm new to the forums, although I've known about lucid dreams and have been keeping a dream journal for a little bit. Lately, I've been going up to bed after 1 or 2 in the morning, and even then, I'll have to lay in bed for an hour or more before i can get fall asleep. I know it helps to sleep when exhausted, but that doesn't seem to work.

Anybody got tips for how to get to sleep easier? I'd like to be able to get to sleep after a few minutes of being in bed.
