But if you were awakened then you must've reacted to SP in some way. We're not suppose to be conscious when we fall asleep which is why we have to "trick" our bodies into "thinking" (if you will) that we're asleep. If you react in any way to SP (shock, excitement, etc.) then our bodies will know we're not unconscious yet and cancel/delay SP. This is why practicing is the best way to master SP; you have to know and become accustomed to SP. You have to know how SP feels, how it affects you and how to react to it when you're trying to WILD. You can read as many guides as you like, but I guarantee that my previous statement is the best way to learn.
Nevertheless, guides are always helpful so here's a little guide of mine that Im going around harassing new WILDers with.
