I'm not sure if it was lucid or not, because I had a lot of control over it, but not totally. I was on my bed about 6 30 am. All of the sudden, I felt like I lost control of my body. I felt like I was rotating clock wise at great speed. Then I felt like some entity ( a dead person) was trying to hold me down , but I was not really afraid of that because I am 100% atheistic. I do no believe in anything supernatural. I managed to escape throughout a window (actually the window of my room). The interesting thing was that I was able to pass through it. Then immediately I was flying very high, and I could see the ocean a many rocks. At this moment I became total lucid because I remembered that I could do experiments like trying to pass through a solid material like rock. Then I came back to the house and went inside the living room then the kitchen and then the garage. Someone was following me, and again I was able to fly to escape. At some point I awaked but still I was feeling a sensation like my body was trembling. I never was scary during the whole dream. |

Like the above said, I dont see a reason why old people cant LD. |

Sorry for my English. |
|
Yes, I did it several times. I wake up, but instead of thinking of anything else I try to remember and see the dream, I only try to think of the dream, the feelings, everything. Sometimes those thoughts "carry over" back in the dream. |

Dreams
Like the dishes still asking to be washed, things will not be solved by covering them with a blanket.
