I just had a really crazy dream, now I'm freaking out, and am starting over from the very beginning. Before I was really confused when I was told on the site about lucids and WILDs. I kept searching around trying to figure it out but didn't understand until I read other journals. I don't like to just ask for help I just try to figure it out on my own, and then I thought I knew what lucids were until reading from other journals and tutorials. Then got confused about the abbreviations, and now here I am going to ask a lot of questions.
Lucids = You wake up in a dream and realize its a dream, right?
WILDs = You go through SP and then wake up in a dream that looks extremely real, and realize its a dream and start exploring??
DILDs= Please give me some kind of example T.T.
SP = I can't control it!!!! I really need help. I tried so many times wanting to just /sleep/ without waking up. Instead all I get is this electric feeling in my body and my hands are the first to numb up, and wake up with really crazy dreams that look so real, and get fooled. Last night, I had a really weird dream where I did the RC right when I woke up into it. I was breathing when my nose was plugged. So, I thought ok this is a dream. It isn't real. It turned out to be a dream about lucid dreaming and I don't remember much at all in it. All I do remember is that I kept going to places, I was able to change objects and then waking up in the couch again/do RC and turned out I'm still dreaming. It kept doing that three times. Also, around the afternoon I get so tired and feel like my body is doing sp while I'm awake. So I have to just open and close my hands. Jump around trying to keep myself awake.
WBTB = Welcome Back To Bed, but can I have an example??
What other abbreviations are there/how many types of lucid dreaming are there??
Is anyone else going through this?? What do you do?
How can I stop the SP from happening when I'm awake??
So so sooooo sorry to bug you guys and asking these questions, and I hope this thread is in the right spot to be asking them. I just don't want to get myself more confused and make things worse for myself. I really would like tips on what to do. I have read tutorials and tried so many things like before I go to bed I just think about everything so I won't think about them when I'm sleeping. I tried counting, tried *I'm dreaming*, etc.
