Hmm... A good Dictaphone is quite expensive though ...

I use the voice recorder on my phone and then just copy them down later when i have time.

I still don't see whats so good about writing/typing the dreams down though...

Well I do it cause its fun to read over them in the future and see how you have progressed. Although I haven't been recording them for a month and a bit, but I'm defiantly getting back into it.

Its also good for looking at recurring themes or patterns in your dreams, which can lead to lucidity.

I think that writing dreams down is better in my opinion because it helps me remember them more when i read them later, and when i use a dictaphone and listen back to it all i hear is me half asleep jibbering on about some random things

Hmm... i see what you mean, its going to be a tough choice .
