      Auto suggestion

      Hey i was wondering how should i suggest myself to have a lucid dream?(Like do i say it alot or once emotionally and what should i say?)

      When ever you do a reality check just think to yourself a few times "Tonight I will lucid dream" or "Tonight I will become aware that I'm dreaming."

      Try to ingrain those into your subconscious.

      can give me more detail? ^^ youre listening to music with an MP3-pl.? while falling asleep and do autosuggestion at the same time?

      The best way for auto suggestion to work is to say it then completely forget what you just said to yourself, so i listen to my fav music and say something like "I will lucid dream tonight" I then think about the song lyrics and forget all about what i said, your subconcious is trying to remember what you said and tells you when your dreaming, it's kinda hard to explain

      but i understand. if your subconsciousness really "wants" to remeber what you told it, this is an awesome tip. TANK...YOU!!!
