It's easy to get into a kind of trap where you start to believe you are going to wake up right away, so you do. The more it happens, the more you end up worrying about it, and making it happen more. It happens to me like that sometimes.
There are techniques for staying in the dream that you could try. But the best thing you could probably do, is to relax and try not to worry about it too much.
Know that one of these times, you will stay in it longer. Try not to think about waking up once you get Lucid, that always gets me. If I think about waking up, I usually do shortly afterwards.
