Thread: Alternatives for waking up during REM sleep?

yep! (and kinda thanks ^^) im now trying to do autosuggestion by repeating "im just dreaming." but it doesnt work so far ^^, but i wont give up...

I repeat, "The next thing I see, will be a dream. The next thing I feel will be a dream. The next person I meet will be a dream character. The next..."

And I just go down the list until I'm asleep. It seems to work surprisingly well. The one thing I have noticed, is that when I do my lucid mantra, my recall is not as great. When I do my recall mantra, I remember a lot more dreams. Therefore, I have to alternate. I do one mantra one day, the other the next. I can't seem to do both at the same time.
