      Newb @ Controlling Dreams

      Hi!
I didn't actually "learn" how to lucid dream... I just kinda came across it. I find it fascinating that people can actually do that! It is extremely hard. Now, after practice, I can have lucid dreams... but as soon as I do, i kinda lose my "vision" in the lucid dream and I also can't control/ change my surroundings.
      DOES ANYONE HAVE CONTROLLING TECHNIQUES???????????????????????????

sure ummmm.... some "dream inhancing" techniques are to look at your hands while you are lucid or plug your nose and shut your mouth and try to breathe. it takes time to be able to control your dreams in every way next time you have and LD when you want to "transpot" somewhere try imaginging that place while you are standing in front of a door and then open the door...i have heard that this works so why not try it out. i have never dont it myself personally but i have a friend who did that and it worked so just try okay just ask if you have any more questions

Dream control and clarity tend so improve with time and experience.

But in the meantime there is a lot you can do. I suggest reading this thread. It has the best advice for lucid dreamers who struggle with clarity and stability.
