      New to this Site

Hello, my name is Tiffany, and I'm new here! Been fascinated with dreams all my life, and recently started recording them again in a journal. Yesterday I decided to learn how to Lucid Dream and amazingly I was successful last night! I want to learn better control though and how to have a shared lucid dream. I have had a shared dream before but I was maybe 12 years old and it was accidental - lol. I hope to get better acquainted with many of you and learn more about lucid dreaming, astral projection, etc. Thanks for listening!

That is amazing that you were successful at LDing after only one night! Good for you!

Check out the tutorials section for all kinds of tips on LDing. The "Beyond Dreaming" section is a good resource for learning about shared dreaming, OBEs, etc.

      Geez, that was easy

I'm sure it helped that you are already so familiar with your dreams. Maybe you respond really well to intention and autosuggestion. Just tell yourself you will have a lucid dream tonight, and you will. It's not always that easy, but the basic idea works well for a lot of people.

      Thanks!

I'm so grateful for such a warm welcome! Unfortunately I didn't have as much luck as I had the night before. I did sort of lucid dream, but I wasn't very aware or in control. I remember talking about dreaming but I guess it didn't fully click or something lol. Thank you everyone for your tips, I will definitely take a look around! All help is much appreciated
