      Right, what Rai said. WILD stands for Wake Induced (or Initiated) Lucid Dream, which means that you went, however you did it, from being awake to going straight into a lucid dream by waiting for your body to fall asleep. This is in contrast to a Dream Induced Lucid Dream, where you are in a dream and realize something is strange and become lucid. So really for any technique to be a WILD or a DILD, you have to actually become lucid But you are going about trying for a WILD correctly

      Ok cool, thank you. I wasnt even particularly trying to WILD, I just read that meditating helped acheive lucid dreams. Now I know!

      Sounds like maybe you have a natural aptitude for it, then. It took me 5 months to reach that point

      Congrats on the natural WILDness!!! I have yet to have a lucid dream.... I'm beginning to think its not possible for me.
