      Exclamation Inspiration

      Hey guys.
I'm not new to lucid dreaming, I've got 10 lucid dreams or so.
The longest of them is like 10 minutes.
I have never had full control, but I knew that I dreamed and I had some exitement.

Well over to the main thing: Inspiration
I lost my inpiration of some reason, so i quit.
When i wake up from a dream in the morning I didn't write the dream down.
I just got this "Boring" feeling, that this is not worth it, and i go back to sleep (I usually wake up a before needed)
But when I'm eaten breakfast and got the sleepness out of my body I really regret that I didn't wrote up my dream.

Someone who got the same problem ?
I am thankfull for evry help

Btw: My english is really poor, so my explanation could maybe a little wierd. I hope you understand the main thing

Yeah, I've experienced that. Punish yourself for it later, don't just think "Oh man, I should have written it down," but really punish yourself somehow.

I have this problem all the time, that is why I loose focus. I keep telling myself to write down everything, but every morning i just think "naah" and go to sleep. Keeping paper within reach of the arm helps a lot though, and willpower and dicipline is all I can do right now. Tell yourself that it is REALLY important, and try to believe it.

I used to get like this. It can seem such a big deal to write your dream down when sleepy. My solution was to get a dictaphone and keep it by my bed. Once you know where the buttons are, you can easily record your dream without even having to put the light on!

Just talk through everything you remember then drop back off to sleep. Listening through in the morning will help you recall your dream.

      Give it a try!

This problem is apparent to everyone at one point or another. Just think though, if you dont document something, then youll never be able to branch off and create more of a perspective as to what it is your trying to explain. Feel Me?
