Before i start having lucid dreams i know that writing down my dreams in a dream journal is a good thing to do. I also know that once i wake up writing the dreams down is the first thing i should do and that moving alot will make me forget more.
The problem is that when i wake up a lot of times i cant remember if i had a dream or not and when i try to think of recent emotions i come up with nadda. Am i doing something wrong or is there something i can do to remember them or what...
