Talking New and having a few questions

Hello my name is cliff..yeah its a wierd name xD,i am 15 years old (sophomore) but anyways im new here and i got into lucid dreaming about 2 weeks ago.I was just lurking on the forums for a long time finding answers. My lucid dreaming isnt successful but ive been keeping a notepad dream journal everytime i wake up.Sometimes i may not remember but then it hits me just like that.I want to lucid dream not only for selfish reasons but to conquer fears and learn more about my true self.I also have to tell you i am scared sometimes about lucid dreaming because of my uncontrollable mind and such.My favorite movie that makes me motivated is the matrix.Though its machine based i believe that lucid dreaming is somewhat related to the matrix but without the machines...or is it? xD lol anyways i have a huge imagination.By huge i mean super huge.Like making my own episodes relating to naruto, the matrix,Bleach, and other animes and movies but its so fun xD.I usually listen to music.I admit i am selfish when thinking because i always seem to imagine a audience of people watching me but it gets tiring.Anyways i have a few questions i hope you will answer and help me.

1.What is adoption in this forum mean? can i be adopted? i want to learn

2.My curtains are wierd.they have lines, about 3 different colors. When i look at them they seem to morph into each other like ice cream melting. What does this mean?<<i am awake..tryed reality tests

3.How do i get to the lucid crossroads?

4.Does meditation help to induce lucid dreaming? if it does can u give me tutorial or something.

5.I admit i smoke weed sometimes but only every week.I quit for about 3 weeks and its not all addicting but will it induce a lucid dream?

6.How do i see the world as a lucid dream?

      7.Do nightstalkers exist? D:

8.Is it possible to be visit someone else's dreams?

9.Ive tryed sleep paralysis but have a hard time doing it..usually its hard to breathe.everything else is numb and its a good thing but the only thing that bothers me is the breathing. This huge painful thing on the right side of my chest,Feels like my left lung or right is gonna explode and saliva building up from not swallowing?

      10.How do i do a WILD?

These are all the questions.I hope they aint alot and im sorry but anyways i am really interested and motivated!

Btw adopt me...if i really find out what is it i guess? lol

Being "selfish" as you say is natural for humans. Or else how could we survive?

      1) Adoption is when a veteran LDer basically guides you on the path to LDs at your own pace, but with some strict guidance so you actually get stuff done. There is a forum for this towards the bottom of the index, or maybe I can help you out a bit.

      2) I don't know. If you look at anything too long it can change.

      3) I haven't really ever cared about the lucid crossroad idea.

      4) Meditation can help immensely. Your own routine would be best, or you can browse the tutorials accessible from the front page at the top or in the forum index. To type out my entire routine now would take too long, but if you send me a PM I can probably find a way to explain it to you.

      5) I have no experience with this. I do know that it has only negative effects on dreams at least. You should try not to try LDing and weed at the same time.

      6) Some think that we simply wake-walk in a perpetual dream. I really can't explain it. That's for you to do.

      7) Nightstalker?

      8) This is related to an entirely different subject of OBE (out of body experiences). You can share dreams however, under certain circumstances.

      9) You don't need SP to do LDs. Don't do WILD as a beginner, they are for advanced LDers. Start with DILD, MILD, maybe a few WBTB on weekends.

      10) Most of your technique related questions are in the tutorials forum.
Willing to talk about/listen to anything you have to say.
