      Hello all

      Newbie,
      I've been having lucid dreaming off and on most of my life. I only have them now and then, but normally haven't explored much into them. I had my first lucid dream as a kid. I was on the bus and I realized I had control. So, what did I do? I yelled out one of the bus windows like an idiot. lol.

      Anyway, I had a lucid dream the other night where it looked like I was able to pull up a list of dreams from that night. Has anyone done this before. I'm not sure if it was real or not. I woke up not to long after that. That's what led me to find this great site, because I cannot stay long in the dreams for getting excited.

      My other experiences with sleeping is waking up feeling paralyzed from the neck down. Sleep paralysis is what it is called.

      Thanks for the welcome. I'm not sure if they were actually dreams from that night, but that was my thought while I was dreaming. The dreams were thumbnails and I was to "click" on one and I entered it.
