      Hey wats up people!

I just joined this forum because i have a lot of interest in being lucid in my dreams and i was searching about controlling dreams and led me to this site. I read some stuf and it all sounded interesting. i tried last night, but i didn't fall asleep because i was too excited to try this technique so i will have to try to at least dream first !!! haha

well some background info about me:

      Name Thilan W.
      Age: 19
      Location: Southern Cali

Hobbies: making music, video games, basketball

      Anything else? Pls post here!

i hope to learn a lot from all you experienced lucid dreamers!

      C U around! Thanks!

Meditation can help get you over that excitement and help you get to sleep. You could also use autosuggestion during your meditation to help you lucid dream.
