Question First LD, more weird sensations.

So if you've read my other thread (http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=67573), you'll know that I don't keep a dream journal or anything, but I've had unintentional experiences, So I recommend that you read that thread first.

This happened about a week after the experience from the first thread. This time, I was in a dream that I had not had before, or at least I didn't remember it. I was in this odd factory going through a tour, on some sort of field trip or something, but my mom was there, and we sat down at a table in a large room in the factory. Once again, as in the last experience, I had the spontaneous realization that I was dreaming, and proceeded to attempt to control the dream. I must say it was good for a first LD, considering that I don't do a single thing to help me LD. I was able to stay in the dream for less than a minute after going lucid. I didn't really have much time to see what I could accomplish, but I was somewhat able to control myself in the dream. I looked around and examined the room I was in, and before I knew it, I was awake.

Then it really got weird. I decided to try and fall back asleep, but not necessarily trying to LD again. I was unable to fall asleep, because over the next couple hours I had these weird sensations while I was half asleep. I felt these weird sensations of vibrations, and it felt like the life was being sucked out of me. I got scared and felt like I was going to die. So I fully woke myself up, watched TV for an hour to clear my head, and fell back asleep until the morning.

I'm guessing what was happening to me was I that I was unintentionally WILD'ing, but I'm not an expert on LD'ing, so can anyone else tell me what happened?
