1. Waking up in the middle of the night helped me most with this problem. Also, just lie there and think about your dreams for a while before moving at all.
2. I don't either until I already assume I'm lucid, but RCs are less about actually doing the RC and more about training yourself to question your reality.
3. FAs are are common ways for people to enter LDs.
4. Even if the dream seems like it's fading, don't open your eyes. Sometimes the dream will fade into another dream or a FA. Once you've had more LDs, you will find things you can do that will help you stay in your LDs longer.
5. That's probably just puberty. I was the same way.
6. I hadn't heard that before. I had my most vivid and detailed dreams when I was in 8-10 grade.
