Hello everyone. I only learned of LDing about a week ago and since then I've been doing some research over it and happened to stumble across this site and I must say, I am quite impressed. For years now, I've been riddled with bouts of insomnia or restless nights where I wake up repeatedly (like 8 or more times) and on a whole, probably remembered only one dream every few months. Since hearing about the exciting notion of Lding just a week ago, I have been able to sleep more soundly than I have in a long while. Perhaps it's because I know that sleeping can actually be worthwhile instead of taking my time away from important daily work |

Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind.
Withering my intuition, missing opportunities and I must
feed my will to feel my moment drawing way outside the lines.

That feeling is a good sign! Naturally, we wake up right after a dream. It won't be too long before you start remembering! Write down whatever you feel when you get up, or what you were just thinking about. Chances are good that even if it seems like a fitting thought, it probably relates to what you just dreamed about (If you wake up and look at the clock thinking "Am I late?", you may have had a dream where you were rushed/late. If you wake up feeling hungry, you may have dreampt about eating or seeing friends at a restaurant). |
