      If you want supplements (which I don't remember to start out) I would suggest Melatonin. It's the body's natural sleep chemical. It suppresses your dreams until later in the night so when you finally get to them they are insanely vivid.

      Another suggestion, don't use much forced control. Whenever that happens, you stand a chance to de-stabalize it or to to hurt clarity.

      Upon becoming lucid, try and remember what things look like then just run your hand over a bar or table and feel it. This may kick in your brains recall of your senses and could result in more vividness.
