If you want supplements (which I don't remember to start out) I would suggest Melatonin. It's the body's natural sleep chemical. It suppresses your dreams until later in the night so when you finally get to them they are insanely vivid. |

Either that or N,N-Dimethyltryptamin. |

Another suggestion, don't use much forced control. Whenever that happens, you stand a chance to de-stabalize it or to to hurt clarity. |
