      I have some questions

Yesterday i found this forum and started reading about the diffrent techniques.
I tried WAKE 3 times during the night.

First time and last time: My hands started moving by themselves towards my neck. Is that normal?

Second time: I woke up in the middle of the night, then i tried to use WAKE at once. I felt really weird, and saw I strange lights. I focused on floating from my bed, i actually did float up untill i reached a sitting position. Then the state dissappeared. Was i on my way to get a lucid dream?

      Do you mean WILD?

If you were attempting to WILD it all sounds very normal. The sensations of movement, floating, and the lights are all part of sleep paralysis (SP) and hypnagogic images (HI).

Yeah, all sorts of strange body distortions can happen, including your arms and legs moving on their own. When you feel wacky hallucinations like that, it means you are almost in a dream. You just need to relax, stay aware a bit longer, and enter the dream.
