Wooo! I think I might have entered SP?

I dunno if it was.. but I'll try explaining it.
I did BillyBob's WILD technique.. where you say before you sleep "I will not quit till I have a Lucid Dream" then breathe - in, breath- out, then that counts as one, go till up to 300.. then..

I didnt actually see random images per-se, but it was .. I felt like i was vibrating a bit.. started feeling like everything around me was spinning. and my heart rate just went UP!.. it kinda dissipated.. but I ended up kinda feeling like my head was detached from my body.. like those Bob-heads.. but yeah, I just let go and moved, and slept.

so how do I control my heart rate?

How deep were your breathes and in what position were you? You slow down your heart by slowing your breathing. I usually only meditate for a 99 count, and it usually takes about 45 minutes.

Sounds like you were in SP, or at least very close to it. Getting into SP at night is great practice for WILDing later, but you can't WILD at night, you don't dream then. Your melatonin levels are too high.

I have a question... My body lacks of melatonin, therefore i take melatonin every night. If i stop doing that, will i get a better chance at getting wilds?

I wouldn't experiment with drugs, legal or not. Only take what you need, and only what you need. It might increase chances, but then you'll have a cut-down on necessary sleep.

Could you move your body? If not, you were in sleep paralysis.

I got into SP ( or what I think it is ) again today.. around 6:30 in the morning.. It felt a little weird.. as in kinda felt like I was being flung about, and I felt veryy 'distant' or my mind did anyway. But no LD
