Greetings from a winter landscape

Hi! My name is Skeppet and this is my first post in this forum. I fell over this site by an accident. I instantly got intrested, and when I read more about this lucid dreaming phenomenon, I realised I've been having, at least, some kind of lucid dreams throuhout my whole life. I just haven't been aware of the phenomenon until now. I was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, where I used to live until a couple of months ago, when I moved to Copenhagen in Denmark. Now, I'm back in Stockholm visiting my parents. The snow keeps falling down outside the window, it's bloody freezing and I'm longing for the spring. Hope I will earn more knowledge about Lucid Dreaming, and gain control over my dreams. And I hope I will get to know more about you guys! I know it might sound silly, but discovering this movement feels as if a part of my soul have found its home. Best wishes from the ice cold asshole Sweden, and forgive me my bad writing in english. Here: http://dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=64760 Those are the tutorials, in case you haven't checked them, also, you could make use of the snow/cold to get lucids as a reality check in case it doens't appear in your dreams. Also, dream journals are good for recall. Have fun!

Greetings, Skeppet! I hail from icy, cold lands as well. Probably not as icy nor as cold as yours but it still sucks. It's awesome that you're interested in lucid dreaming and echoing what Walms said, dream journals are a great way to improve your dream recall. This helps in the way that you might recognize something from a previous dream or several previous dreams. (Dream signs?) Also, I find it nice to have my dreams recorded in writing so I don't forget what I dreamed of. Welcome to the forums, and I hope you enjoy it here!
