      You're SO close! SP is necessary, but try not to focus on it. Just lie still until you get to the hallucinations. Remember, like dreams, you can control them. If it's scary, just remember it's not real! Just try to get through it, then you'll be in a lucid dream!

      Experiencing SP is not necessary, but it will happen naturally as a process of sleep (REM Atonia). What I'm saying is it can happen without you being aware of it (i.e. you enter the dream and are no longer aware of your body). WILDs don't have to start wherever you are sleeping, but for me that has been the norm (probably just because I find that easier to initiate it that way). DEILDs are a form of WILD and those don't usually start in my bedroom.

      I think the part that scares me the most though, would be when I'm not able to breathe. It always puts me through a panic when I can't move (for some reason, my face is always smooshed into the pillow by the time I wake up).

      Thanks for the input, though
      Buuuut, I still need to know about what exactly I'm supposed to visualize/think/expect when going through a WILD.
