While I am new to this board, LD dream resources, and its terminology, I am not new to Lucid Dreaming. I have been Lucid Dreaming on and off for almost 30 years. I seem through phases of pure lucidity followed by dry spells of plain sleep. I've covered a lot of ground and touched on a lot of topics I see covered on this board - never imaging that a place like this exists.

It makes me smile to read these posts and discover that others share my love of dreaming. I remember my first heated discussion with an NPC (you call them DC's), trying to convince them that we are in a dream. I would spend my nights asking NPC's for names and phone numbers, so I could call and verify we met up in the Dream World. I did get many but not a one could e verified. There wasn't email back then, before Archie and Veronica -.

Then one day a 'Dream Lawyer' explained to me why the NPC's were unwilling or unable to understand. Perhaps my subconscious just became tired of arguing with me and needed to shut me up :->. I've also died in my dream. Or at least manufactured what I think would happened when you jumped from plane and your parachute failed to open. That was one of the most peaceful and saddest dreams to date.

I could ramble on and most likely will, but for now, I'd say this is a good start. I sincerely look forward to reading more about others experiences and sharing with the community.
