Probably you were in a stage of sleep where your body is not paralized or the SP (sleep paralysys) was wearing off. You raised your left arm in your dream and because you weren't paralized your actual arm moved and jolted you awake. |

It's called a hypnogogic jerk. You suddenly came out of sleep paralysis while doing something active in your dream and your body suddenly started acting it out. |

Is it possible to get thoose jerks if you are in a lucid dream? |

Not usually. It is possible, but more then likely, your body will be in Sleep Paralysis and you have nothing to worry about. |
