Smile Just one question about the WILD

      so my question is,
is it ok to have your eyes open during the time that your body falls asleep that edventually leads to the transition?

Your eyes can be open, but It is probably best if your eyes are closed... so your body will know it is time to sleep

Personally I can't sleep with my eyes open, and having them shut probably makes it easier for your brain to give up on the external vision and produce 'dream vision', though I couldn't say for sure. I know that staring at one spot in the dark can do weird things to your eyes... If I could sleep in the pitch dark I would definitely try to mess with that

If I'm really tired when combining WBTB and WILD, I keep my eyes open when I'm getting paralyzed. It helps me to alert my mind just enough to know whats going on, without waking it too much. (Otherwise my brain gets off topic and I just pass out)
