      Hey All :)

      Hey everyone whats up!?

Just thought id come here and intro myself as i am new and want to get familiar with everyone. I am basically obsessed with lucid dreaming as of last week. It started by a Collegue of mine talking about how he manages to control his dreams and the stuff he does in them. i was fascinated by what he was saying and have been studying ever since.

Last night i had the 2nd of my attempted lucid dreams and it was the most successful. Basically i was lying in bed totally relaxed, with my mind awake and body pretty much asleep i started to get really nervous and my body felt like it was having its life sucked from it. At this point i was shizzing myself so i turned over to wake myself up. Thankfully it worked.

ive never had that before and to be honest im not scared of much so why did i get nervous? Is it part of the Lucid process or am i being weird lol

      Thanks

      Sn0w

Welcome to DreamViews Snow! Lucid dreams has to be one of the greatest things I have ever learned. (Well... still am learning, but meh. ) But yeah, it sounds like you were just getting excited. Though, when doing a WILD (that is what it sounds like you were doing) it may sometimes feel like somone is sitting on your chest making it hard to breathe. That always seems to give me a nervous feeling, though it is perfectly fine.

Anyway, hope you have great success with Lucid Dreaming, it is absolutely worth it. Though may I suggest learning or at least having your first lucids by using the DILD method? It is a bit easier, though less constant. (If you don't know what it is, it is when you find out you are dreaming WHILE you are dreaming, instead of falling asleep with your brain awake etc.) That would require a dream journal, and reality checks.

      Well, good luck.
