well to answer your first question lots of people use different techniques to increase lucidity in a dream. Some people rub their hands together, spin in a circle, or even just shout in the dream "increase lucidity"! So try and find out what works for you. And as for your second question I think getting out of a lucid would be like getting out of a nightmare although I don't see why you'd ever want to leave a lucid on purpose |
