Hey everyone, apparently I'm supposed to introduce myself here. I've been reading the forum for about a week, so I'm not new to the concept of lucid dreaming or anything.
I don't want this topic to be a total waste though, so I have a question to ask too. How does exercise right before bed affect lucid dreaming possibilities? I have a set of those "perfect push-up" things. Would it help or hurt or not affect at all my chances of having a lucid dream if I did my workout right before bed instead of earlier in the evening?
