Good point... does it just keep your body awake or does it stimulate your mind too, though? I dunno, it's hard for me to imagine that doing push-ups would stimulate a lot of brain activity that might help you stay concious while sleeping... |

Well, I don't know. Sometimes taking longer to fall asleep can work against you. B/c while your waiting for your body to fall asleep, you might lose consciousness somewhere along the line. I found that the quicker my body is able to fall asleep, the easier it is to WILD, b/c I dont have to remain conscious as long. |
