Well, I don't know. Sometimes taking longer to fall asleep can work against you. B/c while your waiting for your body to fall asleep, you might lose consciousness somewhere along the line. I found that the quicker my body is able to fall asleep, the easier it is to WILD, b/c I dont have to remain conscious as long.

I think physical exercise really only stimulates your body. Of course your brain is always being stimulated but Id imagine that reading a book, watching tv and/or playing video games would stimulate more activity in the brain than exercising would.
