      I would say that it wasn't lucid, since it didn't even occur that you were dreaming. However, many people have dreams like this, and from what I've seen, one can more easily train themselves to notice weirdness rather than the little oddities of realistic dreaming. (That is, when they can even remember while dreaming to check). A good dream sign for you to watch out for in waking life might be this: If you see something perfectly normal, that you happen to just know is normal, just do a quick check on why it works. If the answer is "magic," or some random technobabble that seems to come outr of nowhere, it's probably a dream.

      Anyway, since you didn't even think that it might have been a dream, I'd have to say not a lucid. Pretty darn interesting, though.
