Could you recommend a book for me?
Hi there everybody,
As a result of other spiritual training that I do I recently have begun having lucid dreams, and I would like to read a book or two about it.
Can anyone recommend a good book? In particular, I am looking for a book which is not a "how-to" book, but more a book of people's experiences with LDs and recommendations on how to explore them, what people use them for from different traditions, etc.
In other words I would like to read a book on people's experiences and practices of lucid dreaming, not just a "how you can have lucid dreams" technique book which most of them seem to be.
Can anyone recommend one?

If anyone has a recommendation of a book from a non-western perspective I'd also be interested in that.
