      Wink Lucid Dreams

      Hi!

      I'm new and i'm looking for information.

      How to I get a lucid dreams I have checked other sites and they say think about it before you goto sleep. And another thing is what's a lucid dream like?

      I was reading about somones dream and they saw a clock that said 5:111. and saw blue lights and i'm scared something bad may happen if I lucid-dream? I know my mum always says dreams cant hurt but I hate nightmares

      Learning to have lucid dreams can be a great way to overcome nightmares. You have the knowledge that the dream is your own creation while you are experiencing it. This gives you a huge feeling of confidence and security. Plus, you can exert control over the dream in any way you can imagine. This could be anything from giving that giant headless monster a hug to turning him into a cloud of butterflies.
