      WILD++

      Ok, so I just started with LD this week, and I have been practicing MILD all the time.

      Now, I want to try WILD, but since I haven`t had any lucid dreams yet, would I get anything out of it? I think I`ve been able to reach the state where I`m almost in the dream, but I lost consciousness

      And one more question, how long did it take you guys to expirience your first LD?

      Thanks

      Ahhh wilds, they are pretty cool, and pretty frustrating too. Anyways yeah if you have read the tutorials and have a good idea of what you are going for then do it. Well my first "good" ld was about 4 months. I mean I some pretty dull lds before but i dont count those. Have fun and dont burn yourslef out trying to hard.

      Yes, just keep practicing and let it come. Getting stressed will only cause you more problems.

      There should be no reason why you cannot WILD into your first LD. However, most people have their first one before they learn to WILD.

      It took me a few months to get my first WILD, the main reason was because I was getting too stressed with it and keeping myself too awake!

      Yeah when i try to WILD i eiter get to awake to not managing to fall asleep, or i fall right down to delta sleep in 5 min. Its a fine tuned path between these two things. The odds are better in the morning to WILD but there should be little problems doing it at the evening if you go to bed a bit earlier than normal. Just set an intention when you go to bed to WILD, pump yourself up a bit and focus on whatever technique you desire. And dont analyse what you are doing and how fare you have gone down in the consciouss, that will bring you up again or nowhere... thats my problem Passive but not asleep is the keyword. Still working at it.

      I wish you good luck, and fun to see another Norwegian at the forum
