Hey. that would be a bit too frequent. I would suggest waking up every other hour. You need to make sure your REM cycles are kicking in and getting deeper each time. Waking up every hour, will leave you feeling unrested.
Yeah, well I mean I could do that. Probably would be smarter for the sake of my health. :]
I practice in the morning so it is not pitch black
Hahah that's kewl. Idk tho, I have pretty darn good vision in pitch darkness. My eyes adjust really well, but still morning would be better if there wasn't a noisey baby waking up in the room next to me at that time. :p
