I admit, I haven't been able to start again. I stopped half a day after starting... But I'm restarting tomorrow.

I read a book, The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep by Tenzin Wangyal Rinponche, and it taught me everything there is to the subject. If you dont mind spending some money, I recommend ordering this book.

I beat you to it. :] Found it online and have been reading it the past couple days. VERY interesting, and I believe 100% of what it's said so far.

Can you send the link where you found it online?

If you take nothing else from the book, be sure to understand the concept of Nondualism. I think he does a great job of explaining that.

Is that where you learn to ignore the difference of 'bad' and 'good' and accept things for just what they are?

Can you give us who don't have the book a synopsis? I've always been foggy about what it means.

This is amazing. I am starting to constantly become aware life is an illusion while I am awake! Like effortlessly. Right now as I am writing this post, I know it's not real. It's a strange feeling. Anyways, I have also been effortlessly becoming conscious in about 1 dream a night now, but I am not flying around or having sex for some reason... I am just continuing with the dream, knowing it's not real. Maybe this is temporary and soon FULL lucidity will develop in the dream life. What do you all think?

      Dream yoga

I have a book on Tibetan Dream Yoga. Its actually a very interesting book and worth a shot. However, there are so many details involved in the practice that i'm afraid i'm going to do something wrong. I tried doing it for about a month and i kept wondering if i was doing everything right. It didn't seem particularly difficult per se. It just seems that you'd need to be taught, because i've read that theres people that go to retreats that learn things that weren't in the book. The most i care to keep up with is thinking everything as a dream. Otherwise, i just use regular methods.
