Well, I've been trying different WILD techniques for the last while now, but I just decided to relax completely last night. While I was doing that, I for some weird reason noticed the ringing in your ears you get when it's really quiet. I never normally worry about it, but I just focused on the sound and it got louder. I began to feel a serious buzzing, electrical feeling in my hands, and to keep myself awake, started counting at the same time. All of a sudden, I was jolted out of control, just as if all my muscles had spasmed at once. It wasn't unpleasant, just annoying as it wrecked my concentration. I don't think it was a problem with the technique, as this kind of thing happens to me all the time.
Then I just fell asleep. But that night, I had massively vivid dreams. This is the most successful technique I've tried. Just wondering, anyone else ever use a technique like this, and does anyone have any ideas as for how to stop moving?
