Need to know how to remember my dreams!

When i wake up in the morning i cant remember anything about my dream. It might be because i wake up during REM, but i dont know so please help!

If you'd wake up during REM, you'd have better dream recall.

So tell us, do you feel slow and physically tired when you wake up? Like, really, really tired. If so, you're probably coming from SWS (non-REM-sleep). You don't dream as much in this type of sleep.
Try to sleep more, because you naturally wake up after REM. You can then recall your dreams more easily. (Not to mention, more sleep in general helps also )

In general, do as most tutorials stay (I usually recommend Lucidipedia's "Learn Lucid Dreaming" youtube series) and your dream recall will improve

      Well, write down anything... ANYTHING

      Feelings little thoughts and such.

Set an alarm or tell yourself to wake up around 3-4 hours after falling asleep, this will sometimes help.

Mnemonic phrases can help dream recall too, for short periods though.

Otherwise, B6 or other vitamins can help for a night.
      Bollocks.

What do you think, when you wake up?

What you are going to do?
      Or what you just did?

Go to sleep with "remember my dreams, remember my dreams, remember my dreams" repeating in the back of your head.

You could try setting an alarm for 90 minutes prior to the time you normally wake up. When it goes off, kill the alarm and go back to sleep, with "remember my dreams" in your head. Your mind is more conscious now because you have been woken up already.

Also, when you wake up properly, don't move. Moving tells your brain its time to get up, and you lose alot of your dream memory. Keep perfectly still, in whatever position you are in, with your eyes closed. Try to think back inside your head what you dreamed that night. Might help.

      Good luck!
