      New member introduction (first lucid)

      Greetings
I have been having short moments of being lucid in dreams since I can remember, and after having read about the phenomenon found deeper interest in it. I have been reading these Boards for some time, obtaining the basic information provided here. Since a few weeks I kept a dream diary to improve my dream recall and got used to performing RCs whenever I saw something extraordinary.
I also did some attempts on WILDing but due to my at the moment inflexible sleeping schedule without much hope of success.
The reason I now turned from a silent observer to an active poster is that last night after waking up at the end of the dream (I told myself to wake up after every dream so I can take notes) I tried to picture my room with my eyes closed and after 5 minutes or so i felt like my whole consciousness shiftet a small space back (dont know how to descripe) without really thing about it I got out of bed, performed an RC and found out I was dreaming, I wont bore you with a description of my whole dream as this is probably not the place for it and I sadly dont remember too much, but the thing I remember is that it seemed too easy even though I didnt have full control I could do much more than I had expected. Sadly I cant remember too much of the dream but what I do remember is intercating with DCs (my best friend, my father) showing them how proud I was to be able to breathe through my "closed" nose and asking them what they were thinking about (he said he was thinking about what its like to be a DC), and this seems too much for a first time, also the fact that my first LD was actually a WILD/VILD seems pretty uncommon, so what I am asking you is, it is possible that I just dreamed about having an LD, which seems like an explanation although it all felt pretty different from a normal dream.
I am hoping for your responses and am happy to introduce myself to this community.

I think every new person thinks that they were dreaming of having a lucid when they really did have a lucid and I think you really did have a lucid.
