This will vary from lucid to lucid, but they can be very hazy, or they can feel like real life. They can even seem more real than real life.

When you go to sleep, the stage where you are falling asleep is called hypnagogia. While you're in this stage your mind will produce hallucinations of various kinds. They can be visual hallucinations where you see things, they can be auditory hallucinations where you hear things, or they can be tactile hallucinations where you feel like you are sinking or being pulled from your bed or vibrating etc.

It sounds like your body was very close to falling asleep. If you continue from there you could very well end up with SP (Sleep Paralysis) or a WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dream).

Pretty much everyone has some dreams in 3rd person. Some more than others. I don't think there's any real meaning to it.

No problem. Everyone here is very nice and are more than happy to help.

Yes. And that goes for any memory, dream based or not. Think about it. The moment is always more real then the memory of it.
