      First Lucid?

      Not really sure if this was lucid but have a feeling it was.

      The dream, I was in my back garden and suddenly this guytells me to run. I start running down looking behind me. I think to myself "am I dreaming", I done a reality check, HC and RC, my hand had 6 fingers then I could breath through my nose even though I was holding it. I immediatly think "Oh My God" I knew I had to calm down, I remembered if you spin you would teleport, so I did. I teleported to somewhere I don't know. Then I remembered if you rub your hands it would get more vivid.

      Thats all I can remember,

      I feel like I done more but I can't really remember much, must be down to my crappy recall at the moment.

      So can somebody tell me if this was Lucid?

      Congrats on having an LD! That is exactly how one can start w00t! You should probably work on your recall as you said. With better recall you can remember all of the fun stuff you did in your LD Keep up the good work

      Heard this website helps getting Lucid.

      Before joining this website I didn't have ONE lucid dream and I had been trying for a while.

      3 days into joining this website I have one...I love this site.

      I used DILD, autosuggestion, The Ultimate Lucid MP3 before bed.
