Yes, go ahead and swallow. You'll be able to fall asleep (and WILD) a lot faster if you swallow and re-position yourself as many times as you need to versus trying to fight and/or ignore all this. The point of WILDing is not to stay completely still, its to get comfortable enough to the point where you dont have to move and hence, can remain calm and relaxed in order to do your WILD. |
