      Exclamation Questions on Sleep Paralysis

I have gone into sleep paralysis, and can do it at will every night, but I don't know how to go into a lucid dream after that. I heard your supposed to move your dream body after, but I don't know what that means. I really move my body when I'm in SP, and I wake up, and have to start over or I just go to sleep. So can someone help me?

Whenever I have sleep paralysis, I wait for the dream scene to form and then I just run into it. I have heard people "roll" out of Sleep paralysis into a dream. Just be calm in SP and wait until you see something. Maybe try to grab it.

As for me. I imagine a scene and sometimes my body will move with it.

It's difficult for me to "enter a scene", and so I usually don't even try. But from what I hear, you're supposed vizualize yourself in the dream when it becomes clear, begin interaction with the DC's, etc..

Being that this is hard for me, I wait until the vibrations are over, until I'm able to move freely again. Then I'll do a reality check. in hopes that I've experienced a false awakening. Though this isn't a technique I would recommend, being that it's success rate is very low -_- It can be useful if you fail the step where you place your dream body into the dream.

Hear is a thread from the tutorial section on this, it can explain better than I can:

look specifically at #5 and 6, and the Q&A section.
