perfect! yeah haha i layed there for like an hour before people started moving around upstairs and the morning light shone in, so i gave up. but i just bought a nice sleep mask with cups for your eyes to open and not be irritated as well as ear plugs. i'll also try the method of breathing deeply and counting until your body falls asleep, even if you count to 300 or more. I think thats where my problem was. |
